Self-pay ( At Time of Service )
For those without insurance or who wish to pay out of pocket, you can complete the At Time Of Service Fee Agreement when initially booking your appointment.
We offer a simple and affordable price structure,
Your Initial Visit, which includes reviewing your medical history, possible evidence-based research the night prior to your appointment, developing an initial acupuncture prescription, the initial in-office review of your medical history, and your first treatment, is $250. This initial visit usually lasts about 2 hours.
Follow-up visits are $130. All follow-up visits generally last from 1 to 1.5 hours.
All sessions can include multiple modalities. As a self-pay patient, you will not be charged for any additional services in your treatment plan.
At the end of your initial appointment, you will be enrolled in the treatment plan. Paying up front for follow-up appointments helps ensure continuity of care and keeps your treatment plan on track without delays. It allows the provider to reserve dedicated time for your ongoing care while reducing administrative and billing hassles later. For patients, it often means a smoother experience, clearer expectations, and the peace of mind of knowing future visits are already taken care of. You’ll pay up front for your first 14 appointments and the initial appointments will be scheduled at the end of your first visit. More follow-up visits will be scheduled and their frequency will be based on your progress.
