Insurance – Out of Network
We will be more than happy to verify and bill your insurance company if you have acupuncture coverage and we are able to bill them electronically. You will be responsible for your deductible, co-pay, and any balance that may be left over after your insurance. If we are not able to bill them electronically you will be informed and have the choice of either paying cash as a self-pay patient or we can provide you a superbill and you would have to seek reimbursement directly from them.
Self-pay ( At Time of Service )
For those without insurance or who wish to pay out of pocket you will be given an option to complete the At Time Of Service Fee Agreement when initially booking your appointment .
We offer a simple and affordable price structure,
Your Initial Visit which includes the initial consultation and your first treatment is only $160. This initial visit usually last about 2 hours.
Follow-up visits are just $100. All follow-up visits generally last from 1 to 1.5 hours.
All sessions can include multiple modalities. As a self-pay patient you will not be charged for any additional services that are provided as part of your treatment plan.
The pre-payment program is only offered to existing self-pay patients who have had at least six regular treatments and are committed to acupuncture as part of their overall health and wellness regimen. By pre-paying for five treatments you will be given one free treatment. By pre-paying for ten treatments you will be given two free treatments. Ask about this at your next appointment in order to take advantage of this program.
We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, Amex, FSA, and HSA. We can not accept checks.
